What is Barre?

Barre is a fitness class which combines the best of pilates, fitness and simple ballet moves to create a total body conditioning workout which is fun, effective and easy to follow.

Barre Attack is a fast paced class which incorporates cardio intervals, lots of plies and will push your limits whilst having lots of fun!
