To begin our Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions you will have 3 appointments with a Physiotherapist to design a specific program relevant to your conditions and goals. Then you may book into our Group Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions where you follow your individual program guided by the Physiotherapist.
