Yoga at Progress Physio combines the rhythm and strength of vinyasa flow and the flexibility of longer held yin poses.

Vinyasa flow strengthens through your core and lower body, while yin increases joint mobility of the spine and hips with myofascial releases

The yoga postures work to improve range of movement of the body, bending, stretching, lifting, reaching, twisting, so you can move through life with ease.

Classes will offer options for beginners and advanced clients with poses and sequences modified depending on the experience of individuals who attend.
