Classes with a Physiotherapist
Your individual needs are our #1 priority here at Progress Physiotherapy! We create custom programs for your specific treatment plan.
You can book one-on-one sessions or participate in a group class with physiotherapists who understand your physical requirements.
Once you have had several one-on-one sessions and your physiotherapist ensures you have good form and technique they will then progress you to a class format if you are ready. We offer around 30 classes per week!
Not a big class person, don’t like crowds? Nothing to worry about. Our classes are limited to 10 people max per class, ensuring you still get personalised attention from your physiotherapist.
From open to close, we cater to your needs. If weekdays don’t suit you, we have Saturday classes available for your convenience too!
