We will use special tests and examinations to find out the cause of your pain or injury. Our physiotherapists have treatment skills to implement therapy to help fix the problem.
Our physiotherapists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA). They are qualified, have insurance and are always continuing their education.
Our Physiotherapists are educated on anatomy and function of the bones, joints, the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system and how and why structures of the body move and where pain and injury can occur.
What to expect from us
During your first visit the physiotherapist will take a detailed history of your complaint / injury, including any past medical problems that might be of influence on the current problem. Your posture will be assessed, followed by range of movement tests and specific muscle, joint and nerve tests to diagnose your problem.
At the end of this assessment the physiotherapist will have a comprehensive understanding of your problem and will determine with you which treatment is most appropriate. The physiotherapist will work with you to develop a plan of action to solve the problem as quickly as possible and prevent any future relapses.
Treatment involves application of therapies aimed at reducing pain, restoring normal movement and preventing any further problems. Our physiotherapists offer a wide range of hands-on treatment including mobilisation, massage, stretches as well as exercise prescription to help your condition and make you feel better as quickly as possible.
