Upper Back and Neck Stiffness - Home Exercise Program
This program has been designed by a Physiotherapist to assist in alleviating tension held throughout this area.
Often our posture is poor and we suffer muscle imbalances leading to pain and discomfort. We have designed this program to stretch muscles which typically shorten and to strengthen muscles which need to be strong to support you in your day to day routine.
You will need comfortable floor space, a towel, a tennis ball or trigger point ball of your choice, a chair or bench, pillows, a piece of resistance band and a foam roller.
